Delivery estimates
Standard Shipping is free and takes 5–7 business days. Express Shipping takes 3–5 business days and costs €2.99 before automatic currency conversion. Delivery estimates begin after processing.
Tracking your parcel
When tracking is available, we will email the tracking link after dispatch so you can follow your parcel.
International orders
Local taxes, customs duties or import fees may apply depending on the destination and are the customer's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
Address changes
Contact us as soon as possible if the delivery address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered preparation.
